ADP Volunteer Paid Time-Off Program To demonstrate ADP’s commitment to being socially responsible, associates have the opportunity to donate their time to contribute to the well being of their communities during work hours. Our associates participate in over 800 philanthropic events/activities each year across our many locations. Those initiatives support many additional organizations that are important to the local offices and volunteers located there. The American Heart Association, United Way, American Cancer Society and Community Health Charities are just a few of the organizations ADP and its associates support throughout the year through volunteerism and donations.
